Client Support Manager

The Opportunity

LCP Delta are seeking an experienced Client Support Manager to join our Sales team. This is a great opportunity to become a key contributor in an internationally recognised player in the energy transition, within a supportive and rewarding work environment.

  • Help manage large international clients
  • Support Account Managers and Sales & Marketing colleagues as part of a busy, growing Sales Team
  • Help define a pathway for ‘Inside Sales’ in an exciting, dynamic company
  • Become a key contributor in the successful sale of LCP Delta’s accomplished Training program

Your role will involve:

  • Taking accountability for delivering client support excellence by effectively managing risks and issues
  • Managing regular sales, marketing or products communications to clients, in support of Account Managers
  • Developing and implementing client support strategies which increase retention sales while providing a positive experience for all customers
  • Contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with their current subscription services
  • Analysing clients’ activities and providing advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Account Managers, as well as the clients themselves
  • Identifying support improvements to improve the overall client experience
  • Resolving client support issues and challenges as the first escalation point
  • Developing policies and procedures for the avoidance of future complaints and issues
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, increase revenue and strengthen relationships
  • Cross selling of LCP Delta products, including Training, and providing superior service support

LCP Delta’s research supports subscribers through the provision of market-leading insights, data, forecasts and market intelligence on multiple aspects across the energy transition. 

Existing subscribers are at the leading edge of the transition and include international energy companies, electric appliance manufacturers, tech start-ups, oil & gas majors, automotive manufacturers, network companies, policy makers and investors.  

Our customer base stretches from Asia-Pacific to the UK and includes many different nationalities.  Our team is regularly publishing content, hosting webinars, attending conferences as we continue to spread our scope and scale across the globe.

  • Commercial acumen - the ability to think commercially about the needs of our clients
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.

  • Strong MS and Office skills, including (preferably) Dynamics 365 CRM suite.
